Military Veterans benefits regulations
The Regulations of the Military Veterans benefits were yesterday gazetted which paved the way for accelerated delivery of benefits to Military Veterans. The Director-General of the Department of Military Veterans, Mr Tsepe Motumi will on Monday, 24 February 2014 brief members of the media on the Regulations.
Gazette No 37355 dated 19 February 2014 stipulates clear guidelines for the roll out of all benefits to Military Veterans’ as prescribed in the regulations gazette.
The Director General will announce major projects which will be rolled out in strategic spending of the 300 Million Rand,the Treasury has allocated to the Department of Military Veterans in line with the Military Veterans Act 18 of 2011.
