On Thursday, 26 September 2013, the Minister of Energy, Mr Dikobe Ben Martins will address members of the media on the programmes and projects of the department as presented in the 2013/14 Budget Vote Speech (BVS).
Members of the media are invited to attend and interact with the Minister, State Owned Companies reporting to the Minister, Oil industry experts and DoE Senior managers on energy related matters.
