On Tuesday, Helen Zille, Premier of the Western Cape and Donald Grant, Minister of Education in the province will be hosting the Western Cape National Senior Certificate 2013 Awards ceremony.
The event celebrates outstanding achievement by schools and candidates in the 2013 National Senior Certificate examinations.
