Media briefing on FS OR Tambo Marathon & FS Sport Awards
The Free State Department of Sport, Arts, Culture and Recreation cordially invites members of the media to a media briefing session to discuss preparations for the Free State OR Tambo Marathon and the Free State Sport Awards. The media briefing will be addressed by the Free State MEC for Sport, Arts, Culture and Recreation Me Mathabo Leeto as well as the delegation from stakeholders and partners involved in staging both these events.
DSACR together with Free State Sport Confederation (FSSC) have embarked on the creation of the Free State Sport Awards brand in a bid to reward Free State sports stars for their efforts in keeping the passion of sport alive in the hearts of millions of Free Staters through their efforts in local, national and international sports events. The Free State OR Tambo marathon will be hosted in collaboration with the Free State Sport Confederation, Free State Athletics, Mangaung Athletics and Pamoja Athletics Club.
