Deputy Minister in the Presidency, Buti Manamela will address the 15th Annual Conference of the South African Association of Public Administration (SAAPAM) on the 21 April 2015. SAAPAM is an independent, professional and non-profit association established in 1999.
Deputy Minister Manamela is to speak on how to encourage and promote good governance and effective service deliver through the advancement of professionalism, scholarship and practice in Public Administration and Management.
