The Department of Environmental Affairs will on Monday, 8 April 2013, address the media on various elements concerning the development of the Department of Environmental Affairs’ green building, currently under construction.
The green building is the first purpose built green building in South Africa initiated by the government and is symbolic of the mandate of the Department of Environmental Affairs. The department will use this opportunity to expand on the use of consultants in the development of the green building and the savings to be realised by the State over time.
