Eastern Cape Premier Noxolo Kiviet, Roads & Public Works MEC Thandiswa Marawu and some Members of the Executive Council (MECs) will address a media briefing session, during which the provincial government, Eastern Cape Development Corporation (ECDC) and Public Investment Corporation (PIC) will formally sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to realise the construction of the Bhisho office precinct.
The project will address the lack of office accommodation in Bhisho. The provincial government believe this development will trigger high investment in Bhisho thus serving as catalyst for massive employment creation, SMME development and other indirect investment in retail.
