The Electoral Commission invites members of the media to the 2024 National & Provincial Elections Launch.
The purpose of the launch is to unveil the Electoral Commission’s communications campaign for the elections and to raise awareness among the South African electorate and all stakeholders about the upcoming elections including:
- Dates for the final registration weekend;
- Requirements to register and to vote;
- High-level timelines for the election;
Details of the launch are as follows:
Date: Tuesday, 24 October 2023
Time: 10h00 – 12h00
Venue: The Ballroom, Gallagher Convention Centre,19 Richards Drive, Halfway House, Midrand
Arrival and registration of guests commences at 09h00 and the official event is scheduled to start at 10h00.
