Members of the media are kindly advised that media briefing on the Ministerial meeting of the fifth session of the Republic of South Africa-Zimbabwe Joint Permanent Commission on Defence and Security (JPCDS) and the signing ceremony initially planned for 09h00 today, 3 December 2010 has been rescheduled.
The South African Minister of Defence and Military Veterans, Ms Lindiwe Sisulu, and the Zimbabwean State Security Minister, Honourable Dr ST Sekeramayi will now address the media on the outcomes of the JPCDS meeting as follows:
