The Minister of Women, Children and People with Disabilities (DWCPD), Lulu Xingwana, will host a media conference in response to the Democratic Alliance’s (DA) press release made public today, in which they announce a formal submission they have made to the South African Human Rights Commission, requesting the Commission to investigate the DWCPD’s alleged failure to realise and protect the rights of people with disabilities.
