Minister for the National Planning Commission in the Presidency, Mr Trevor Manuel invites members of the media to a briefing on developments at the Transitional Committee for the design of the Green Climate Fund currently underway in Mexico. He will also share its significance and how it ties to the United Nations Advisory Group on Climate Change Financing linking into COP 17 to be held in Durban later this year.
