The Ministry of Communications, Minister Radhakrishna L Padayachie(Roy) and Deputy Minister Obed Bapela, will deliver the Department of Communications 2011 Budget Vote Speech in Parliament.
The new Ministry of Communications will underline the department’s key priorities and deliverables for the year 2011/12.
