The Minister of Higher Education and Training, Dr Bonginkosi Emmanuel Nzimande, will brief the education portfolio committee on the transfer of skills development responsibilities to the Department of Higher Education and Training. The Minister will also outline the transitional arrangement for this financial year (2009 to 2010).
The brief will be held at Committee room G26, ground floor, National Assembly Wing: 09h30.
