Media advisory on the commemorative celebration of the life of the first recognised Griqua Chief Adam Kok

Department of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO) Deputy Minister Marius Fransman will join Pastor Aaron Messelaar from the Griqua Royal House for the high lighting celebratory plans.

A media briefing will take place on the commemorative celebration of the life of the first recognised Griqua Chief Adam Kok almost 300 years after his birth. He was first a slave and later incarcerated at the Cape castle.
