Basic Education Minister Angie Motshekga will officially open Meetse-A-Bophelo Primary school, whose architecture is a first for South Africa. The school, built at a cost of R34.8 million, is a public-private partnership between the Department of Basic Education and ArcelorMittal, aimed to fast-track school infrastructure development.

The Minister will also use this opportunity to address issues of Safety in Schools.
