SASKO Pioneer Foods together with the Office of the Premier and provincial legislature will be giving away 50 wheelchairs to deserving disabled recipients at a gala dinner in Port Elizabeth tomorrow, Wednesday, 10 November 2010. Social Development MEC Nonkosi Mvana will be making the keynote address at the dinner.
The event is to commemorate the achievements of persons with disabilities and acknowledge that a symbiotic relationship with the private sector, disabilty sector and society in general can help alleviate the negativity the disabled community face everyday.
