All media are informed that the Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, Ms Edna Molewa, will today, Thursday 6 January, visit the Vaal River Catchment area. Minister Molewa is concerned about the high level of the inflow into the catchment area. Minister Molewa will visit the Vaal Dam and see how level of the dam is being controlled in order to ensure that the other dams and residential areas are not adversely affected.
