Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan will brief the media in Cape Town tomorrow on the tabling of the Tax Administration Bill (TAB) to Parliament. The TAB seeks to modernise and incorporate into one piece of legislation certain generic administrative provisions, which are currently duplicated in the different tax Acts.

There will be a video link up to the media room at the Union Buildings in Pretoria.
The Minister will table the Bill in the National Assembly at 14h00. The introduction of the TAB will be followed by the debates on the 2011 Appropriation Bill.
