The MEC of Health, Ms Mabe, will interact with the district and local management and local governance structures i.e. hospital boards and clinic committees.
The MEC will also undertake a walk about to inspect the new Forensic Pathology Holding Room Facility at Thebe Hospital.
This invitation and programme have also been extended to Phumelela management, because this facility is expected to alleviate the back lock in terms of service rendering, as Phumelela residents are dependent on the services of this health facility.
The media is therefore invited to this important programme in order to have first hand information of the efforts the Department is undertaking to improve service delivery.
