North West MEC for the Department of Agriculture, Conservation, Environment and Rural Development, Boitumelo Tshwene will on Tuesday, 7 July 2009, present the departmental budget speech vote at the North West Provincial Legislature.
MEC Tshwene is expected to address the legislature on the department’s performance over the past financial year, and also outline departmental future plans aimed at ensuring the realisation of government’s key priorities, amongst them, rural development.
