Western Cape Minister of Infrastructure to host event aimed at Empowering Female Owned SMMEs in the Built Environment
On Wednesday, 31 August 2022, the Western Cape Minister of Infrastructure, Tertuis Simmers, will host a Women in Infrastructure and Built Environment engagement. The event seeks to empower female owned Small, Micro and Medium Enterprises (SMMEs) working within the industry.
Through this engagement, emerging women in this sector will be empowered with knowledge and information to not only grow their SMMEs, but also enable them to work with government. They will be armed with knowledge of various products and support available from government, and its partners, to excel in the industry.
Minister Simmers will address the engagement, joined by various infrastructure and human settlement partners.
