MEC Tertuis Simmers engage Swartland and Bergrivier Municipalities, 18 Aug

Tomorrow, 18 August 2020, Western Cape Minister of Human Settlements, Tertuis Simmers will visit the Bergrivier and Swartland municipalities, while also handing over Title Deeds in Riebeek-Wes.

Accompanied by his senior executive officials, Minister Simmers will engage the executive Mayor, along with the MAYCO members in the municipal chamber, while the rest of the council members will join virtually.

Minister Simmers said: “I’m looking forward to these engagements, as it will allow us to present the Western Cape Department of Human Settlements’ funding model, so that council members and those following on Facebook, have a clear understanding of our processes.

I’m also excited about the opportunity to personally handover Title Deeds to beneficiaries in Riebeek-Wes.”
