In an effort to enhance mutual understanding between the government and the business community on crime prevention initiatives in the province, Mpumalanga Safety, Security and Liaison MEC, Vusi Shongwe will hold a breakfast meeting with Nkangala Business Community at Emalahleni.

Shongwe will be expected to outline some of the initiatives his department has been embarking upon in an effort to reduce crime. The intention is to mobilise private sector involvement in the fight against crime. The MEC has already met with the business community from Ehlanzeni Region in Nelspruit in December 2010.
