Mpumalanga Community Safety, Security and Liaison MEC Vusi Shongwe will hand over food parcels at Dullstroom Epilepsy centre on Thursday. The handing over of food parcels is a Mandela Day initiative by the department where centres that look after children were identified. The centres were identified because they are most vulnerable to crime and abuse in general.
