Gauteng MEC for Agriculture, Rural and Social Development, Ms Nandi Mayathula-Khoza, will address the media on Wednesday 13 June 2012, to report on the much anticipated State of the Environment Report, provide a report on the recent Rabies outbreak in Johannesburg, give an overview on the forth coming Social Development Campaign, aptly called “Taking Social Development to the People”, as well as the forth coming International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit trafficking.
We invite all media to attend this briefing to hear what the state of our environment is and what we, as Gauteng, will do in response to the report, as well as the importance of Pet care in relations to the recent Rabies outbreak and how we can join hands in the partnership to against drug abuse and illicit trafficking.
