Gauteng Health MEC Ntombi Mekgwe will this afternoon brief the media on the progress the Department has made in the past year to improve the delivery of quality healthcare in the province.
Some of the challenges that have been addressed include the payment of service providers and re-engineering of Medical Supply Depot. MEC Mekgwe will also share encouraging progress in service in the last quarter of the previous financial year (January to March 2012) in many service delivery areas.
