MEC Mbatha–Mthimkhulu to handover sport equipment

The Gauteng MEC for Sport, Arts, Culture and Recreation Ms Nelisiwe Mbatha-Mthimkhulu will handover sport equipments to South African Football Association (SAFA) Gauteng Structures and Sport Organisation which benefited from the Grant –in-Aid programme.

The event which is part of the 2010 Legacy programme is aimed at strengthening football structures in the province and to ensure that they are administratively equipped to deliver on football leagues and development programmes. About 44 local football associations affiliated to six regional structures and SAFA Gauteng are set to benefit from the programme.
