The Gauteng MEC for Community Safety Ms Faith Mazibuko will tomorrow, 28 June 2011 address a Provincial Youth Indaba. The Indaba is aimed at providing young people an opportunity to interact with the provincial Social Crime Prevention Strategy and to define the role of the youth in the fight against crime.
The MEC will also unveil a learnership programme delivered through the Department of Infrastructure Development and the National Youth Service. The programme involves 300 young people.
