MEC for the Department of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, Mr Madala Masuku will visit Chief Albert Luthuli Local Municipality in Carolina to assess progress that has been made in addressing water challenges in the area.
The Department of Water Affairs and the Department of Cooperative Affairs and Traditional Affairs have implemented projects at the Carolina Water Treatment Plant to ensure the supply of sufficient potable water in Carolina.
