MEC for Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, Madala Masuku will hand over two vehicles to King Nzuza Mabhoko III and King Makhosonke II. This forms part of working tools for the kings to enable them to carry out their functions effectively. King Mabhoko III and King Makhosonke II were confirmed by the Commission on Traditional Leadership Disputes and which was appointed by President Jacob Zuma.
These are the only two kings in the province.
The handover will be attended by the Executive Council, Executive Mayor of Nkangala District Mr Speedy Mashilo and Traditional Leaders.
You are invited to join the MEC as he hands over the vehicles to the kings. The event is scheduled as follows: The handover of vehicles for the Kings follows shortly after 57 vehicles were handed over to Traditional Leaders in the province.
