North West MEC for Local Government and Traditional Affairs, Gordon Kegakilwe will today, 14 October 2009 at 19h00 addresses the provincial South African Local Government Association (SALGA) Lekgotla at The Key guest lodge in Orkney.
This Lekgotla is intended provide strategic direction to SALGA, reflect on past performances of the organisation and assess the status of municipal performance and service delivery challenges in the province.
