Members of the media are hereby invited to attend the launch of the Gauteng schools patroller’s programme. The department has provided schools with patrollers to improve the safety of schools during the day and at night.
This programme is part of the School Safety Strategy which is in line with the departmental strategic goal of ensuring that Gauteng has effective schools and learning institutions.
