MEC Carlisle and the Western Cape Department of Transport and Public Works celebrates "1 000 lives saved"

MEC Carlisle and The Department of Transport and Public Works: Safely Home, is proud to celebrate the success that it has had in reducing roadside fatalities in the Western Cape. The statistics show that fatalities have been reduced by 29% since the beginning of 2009, representing more than 1000 lives saved. We will be hosting a "1 000 Lives Saved" event to mark this road safety milestone.
