The MEC for Police, Roads and Transport in the Free State, honourable Butana Komphela will deliver his Department’s annual budget vote speech for the financial year 2012/2013 in the provincial legislature on Friday, 23 March 2012 at Tisetsang High School in Bethlehem. The event will start at 9h00.
Key focus areas of the speech will include Public Transport improvements, Road safety, Upgrading of roads and Crime prevention initiatives undertaken by Department in the province.
