As part of her 2009 October Transport Month Campaign, Eastern Cape MEC for Transport, Safety and Liaison, Honourable Ghishma Barry will host the Department of Roads and Transport Balasela Awards ceremony at the new Premier Hotel International Convention Centre tomorrow at 12h00.
The ceremony will feature a presentation of 36 awards to departmental officials, who have gone an extra mile in the delivery of services to the people of the Eastern Cape. Recognition will be given to departmental teams that have initiated projects that changed the lives of the people for the better.
