The Honourble MEC Zoleka Capa will embark on a four-day visit to the Alfred Nzo district in a bid to assess the produce of the past season and to map a way forward for the coming season.
The MEC will visit projects and meet with community to discuss issues of rural development, looking at how best the land can be utilised to produce best products.
At Matyeni village, where the MEC had made a pledge to provide sheep during an outreach, the MEC will handover rams on Tuesday, April 10 at 9am.
From there the MEC will meet farmers, traditional leaders and other stakeholders from Ongeluksnek, Lutateni, Dangwana, Ntlenzi, Gwabeni,Makhoba and Mantshangase at Mantshangase village community hall.
Members of the media are urged to join the MEC at Matyeni great place where she will hand over Dohne Merinos and outline the purpose of her visit and what she seeks to achieve for the Alfred Nzo District.
