The Minister of Basic Education Mrs Angie Motshekga, MP, will, on Saturday 21 April 2012, address the launch of the Kara Chess Academy at the Pretoria Show Grounds in Pretoria West.
The launch will include a memorial tournament featuring an invitational Section of top chess players in Southern Africa and a play-off for school children.
