Launch of the Hlobo substation and the official switch-on of Engcobo, Eastern Cape

The President of the Republic of South Africa, Mr JG Zuma and Minister of Energy, Ms Dipuo Peters invites members of the media to the launch of the Hlobo substation and the official electricity switch-on of Engcobo, Eastern Cape as part of government’s Public Participation Programme. These forums serve as a platform to engage and sensitise communities on programmes and projects that are geared to uplift the socio-economic well being of South Africans.
