The Minister of Basic Education, Mrs Angie Motshegka, MP, and Lead SA, with the support of the South African Interfaith Council, will be officially launching the campaign to promote the Bill of Responsibilities, a document that is a guide for active responsible citizenship aimed at learners and schools. The launch will take place in the Western Cape at Glendale High School in Mitchells Plain on Wednesday, 23 March 2011.
