You are invited by the Electoral Commission (IEC) to a media briefing at Election House in Centurion on Tuesday, 12 April 2011 at 11h00.
The Chief Electoral Officer will discuss the final party and candidates lists for the 2011 municipal elections.
In terms of the election timetable, the IEC has to compile a list of the parties contesting the elections, certify their candidates’ lists as well as lists of candidates contesting each ward by 12 April 2011.
