Deputy Minister of Economic Development, Hlengiwe Mkhize will address the launch of International Day of the Girl Child tomorrow, 11 October 2012.
The commemoration has been designated by the United Nations, as a day to promote the rights of girls and to address the unique challenges they face.
A panel of experts and young girls will debate and discuss key matters related to Teenage Pregnancy, Inter- Generational Sex and Early ChildhoodMarriages.
