The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa hereby invites all interested stakeholders and the media to a press briefing that will see the beginning of the national debate on Local Loop Unbundling (LLU), the process by which licensees will be able to more effectively and efficiently share existing infrastructure to provide services to all South Africans.
This relates to the publication of the LLU Discussion Document the purpose of which is to outline the Authority’s initial views on the process to be followed to unbundle the fixed line local loop, and to invite public participation and comment.
