Legal Services will be hosting an inaugural meeting of the Eastern Cape Local Government Legal Advisors Forum.
The forum will be constituted by legal advisors of the department and those of the municipalities. The forum will provide a platform to legal advisors of the department and those of the municipalities to share their experiences and to develop common programme on matters affecting the local government.
The forum will also assist in implementation mechanisms and development of support programmes for achievement of quality legal services.
