The Independent Complaints Directorate (ICD) will brief the media on the outcome of its investigations of the shooting and subsequent death of a French couple, Philippe Meniere, 60, and Agnes Jardel, 55, on 20 January 2011 in the Sutherland, Northern Cape. The briefing will also cover a number of other high profile cases investigated by the ICD.
