Newly-elected Chairperson of the African Union Commission and Minister of Home Affairs, Dr. Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma will on Wednesday 8 August 2012 be honoured with an award by TOPCO Media at its ninth year's Life Time Achievers Award at the Emperor's Palace in Johannesburg.
The award by TOPCO Media is in recognition of Minister's Dlamini Zuma's contribution to the consolidation of South Africa's democracy, her role in the struggle for women's emancipation and in recognition of her recent election as the first female and Southern Regional Candidate to assume the position of the African Union Commssion Chairpersonship in 49 years.
The ceremony is expected to be attended by representatives of big and small business including government representatives at national and provincial levels.
