Director-General of the Department of Home Affairs Mkuseli Apleni will together with the Director of the Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC) Murray Michell, brief the media on a joint agreement that will enable refugees and asylum seekers to open and operate South African bank accounts.
In addition, the Director-General will, amongst others, provide an update on the process to regularise Zimbabwean nationals in South Africa by 31 December 2010.
