The Administrative Adjudication of Road Traffic Offences (AARTO) is in the process of being rolled out in a staggered approach and is expected to be completed later this year.
The Acting CEO of RTMC Mr Collins Letsoalo and the Acting Registrar of Road Traffic Infringement Agency (RTIA), Mr Japh Chuwe will be making a joint statement on the postponement of AARTO implementation.
