Higher Education and Training Minister Dr Blade Nzimande will present the department’s budget for 2010/11 year in Parliament this week. The minister’s speech will present the action plan for the department for the next financial year and chart priorities and areas of focus.
Minister Nzimande will also announce new developments and initiatives in the university, college and skills development sectors which will advance the department’s mission to create a diverse and differentiated post school system.
