Health Minister Dr Aaron Motsoaledi joined by his deputy Dr Gwen Ramokgopa will, this afternoon lead a delegation of health MECs, Democratic Nursing Organisation of South Africa (DENOSA) and South African National Council to the Sisulu home to mourn the death last week of Mama Albertina Sisulu.
Among her many roles in community development, MaSisulu is known to have been a dedicated health worker and mid-wife. "It is appropriate that in paying tribute to this selfless worker, we do so bearing in mind the values that she stood for in her days as a health worker," said health Minister Dr Motsoaledi this morning.
