Health Minister Dr Aaron Motsoaledi will on Thursday, 5 November 2009 address media on HIV and AIDS in the country and measures to be taken in addressing the challenge. The address follows on the statement made by President JG Zuma in the National Council of Provinces (NCOP) last week.
The Minister is also expected to make some critical announcements on progress regarding the National Health Insurance.
